About the Position

We are now looking for several project managers for our clients in Västerås across multiple technical areas.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Civil or university engineer or several years of work experience in a relevant field
• Experience in one of the following technical areas: software, mechanics, electronics, power engineering, electrical/automation, or production technology
• Experience in creating and managing project plans and budgets
• Experience in various leadership roles, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solution-oriented and skilled at prioritizing and delegating tasks
• Experience with various business systems for planning and administration

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience in agile methods

Personal Qualities:

• Enjoys working in a team but also has the ability to drive your work forward individually
• Organized and structured in your work
• Takes responsibility for the project's success and the team's work
